My program is for the designer or creative who wants to feel better and improve her life. Together, we’ll look at your fears and find out what’s really holding you back from living your best life. We’ll determine why you may be avoiding (or procrastinating!) and then create solutions to get you on the right path. And we’ll uncover the belief systems you have that are keeping you from being who you really want to be. What I do is create a safe space for you to unravel everything that is manifesting itself as confusion in your life. Then, step by step, we work through all of it to help you find your way. My program is tailored to you and your specific needs so you get the help you want.
How Does It Work?
We do the majority of our coaching during the one-on-one coaching calls that are scheduled at your convenience. This makes getting the help you need possible, no matter what your schedule is!
During the program, you learn how to connect with your thoughts and beliefs and learn how these are affecting your life. You learn how to understand yourself better and how to think in ways that are consistent with your future self. Plus you will uncover new insights and learn other strategies and tools to effect positive changes in your life. And finally, you take away a process for self-coaching as you move forward.
